Mandala of the Great Goddess
Beginning with a traditional Indian yantra, a geometrical image representing the energies of a deity, I built up layers and colours to create a piece that draws the viewer into the centre.
The oldest Indian Hindu traditions are very focused on Goddess worship, Mother of all Creation from the gods down to the smallest of creature - all exist as the body and expressions of the Goddess. This yantra is thus a diagram of all existence.
Each print signed and titled.
