Fine Art - Shri Yantra Manifesting

£50.00

Title: "Shri Yantra Manifesting"

Shri Yantra (literally 'diagram of the Goddess') is one of the most well known images from Hindu art. The human forms of gods and goddesses in Indian thought are often seen as symbolic rather than actual. Many texts say that the mantra, the sound of the deity, is the essence of the deity. In a similar way the yantra of the Goddess is actually the Goddess herself, freed from any cultural and temporal associations.

In this print I wanted to suggest the dynamic unfolding of Reality from the point 'bindu') where everything begins. Reality is not a fixed thing - it all depends on the angle one looks at things, so here we have dynamic yantras expanding and curving to create Time and Space - Herself and Her Body.

Great for a meditation room or healing space, this print will be a focus for any room and is ideal for contemplation and musing upon......

This print will require a frame that is approx: 20.00 x 15.5 inches. The image is printed on A2 Hahnemuhle archive 308gm. photo rag paper. Unframed, unmounted.

It is a signed and titled.

(A smaller size on A3 paper is also available, but this bigger image has more presence!).

Sent in a cellophane protective bag in a postal tube by Special Delivery / International Signed For to ensure safe and fast delivery.
