YELLOW BUCKEYE ( Aesculus flava)
Key: Devas
Yellow buckeye, also called sweet buckeye, is superficially similar to horse chestnut though smaller in size. The crown narrows and the smooth trunk carries twisting, drooping branches with palmate leaves. In spring the yellow flowers are produced in candle-like clusters. The buckeyes are native to the river valleys of the eastern United States -–along the Ohio and among the Alleghany and Appalachian Mountains. It was introduced into Britain in the mid 18th century.
There is an integration and harmony between the environment and one’s interior energy systems. At the level of feeling there is a correspondence and interchange between oneself and one’s surroundings. This forms easier links to devic energies and the ability to understand and integrate that level of consciousness. The tree itself tends to act as a focus for anchoring devas to a location so it naturally augments contact with devic and elemental levels.
The crown chakra is enabled to understand different levels of communication and thought. There is the ability to frame new images and concepts in a logical, understandable way. The spiritual body is similarly tuned.
At the level of emotion, there is an activation of enthusiasm, drive and comprehending one’s true needs.
